Mealtimes contribute towards informalities and our dinning room has an elegant nature to it. Meals served are prepared and served in the dinning room by well known caterers whose superb reputation is known from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Their once-a-week lunch specials are a delight but Christmas in July, mothers’ and fathers’ days, Christmas functions are special times eagerly awaited.
Lounges and “Vintage Club” facilities available where music groups entertain, bridge drives are held, knitting group meet regularly, interesting visiting speakers are invited to present their experiences and knowledge. Regular outings are arranged and the nearby approximation of Montecasino entertainment facilities lends itself to convenient opportunities for attending musicals and other theatre presentations. Transport is available for these occasions as well as for visits to local shopping complexes, banks and other interesting outings.
A well stocked library which is linked to the Sandton Library is available; Church sevices and bible study groups meet regularly.
